Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the sp3k platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies posted on this site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use sp3k's services.
Use of the sp3k platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Aged 18 years of age or above at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis.
- Citizens or permanent residents Malaysia accessing the platform from within Malaysia.
- Not listed on any applicable voluntary self-exclusion programme.
- Fully legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Registering an account in your own name and not on behalf of any third party without written authorisation.
Sp3k reserves the right to refuse or terminate access for any user who does not meet the above eligibility requirements, at any time and without prior notice.
- Minimum age of 18
- One account per user
- Valid personal information
- Subject to Malaysian law
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the sp3k platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
All information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and current. Users are responsible for keeping their account details up to date. sp3k reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of such information.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own actions, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the sp3k support team.
Sp3k will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact customer support immediately.
Users are prohibited from using the sp3k platform for the following purposes:
- Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of vulnerabilities within the platform's systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties.
- Any action that may compromise the security or integrity of sp3k's systems.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the sp3k platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they understand all terms relating to deposits and withdrawals before carrying out any transaction.
Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your sp3k account. Please ensure all transaction details are accurate before confirming. sp3k is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may require supporting documents. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the same sp3k account holder.
Sp3k reserves the right to suspend or place a hold on any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. An investigation may be conducted before any funds are released.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Suspension & Closure Policy
Sp3k reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Detection of fraudulent activity or platform abuse.
- Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
- A user's own request to close their account.
- Directions from relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.
Once an account has been closed due to a violation, sp3k reserves the right to decline re-registration by the same user, whether using the same or different information.
Sp3k Limitation of Liability
Sp3k is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:
- Internet service disruptions or third-party infrastructure outages.
- Unauthorised account access resulting from user negligence.
- Unsatisfactory betting or game outcomes.
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the sp3k platform — including names, logos, graphic designs, text, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of sp3k or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or modify any content without express written permission from sp3k.
Sp3k may utilise third-party payment processing services or technology providers. sp3k is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or service performance of such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant provider's terms of service before carrying out any transactions.
Sp3k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this site. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Should any provision in this document be found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
